Additional virtual meetings may be scheduled as necessary to facilitate ongoing projects, collaborations, and community among members.

Officers: The elected officers of the Affinity Group will be Chair, Chair-elect, and Past-Chair. The Chair-elect shall serve one year as such, followed by one year as Chair, and then one year as Past-Chair.

This includes attending (a) SREE board meeting at the annual SREE conference held in person and (b) quarterly affinity group meetings held virtually.  If the chair cannot attend these meetings, they may appoint a delegate (e.g., Past-Chair, Chair-elect) to attend in their place.

All SREE affinity group members who are not currently holding an office (as past chair, chair, or chair elect) are eligible to run for Chair-elect.  Support organization and planning for following year. Request and review a brief (1-2 paragraph) summary of activities planned for the coming year, including identification of potential support or assistance from SREE to accomplish those activities.
