RESERVATIONS
Please make your hotel reservation at the conference hotel here. All of our guest rooms are reserved at the Baltimore Marriott Waterfront at the rate of $260 per night. These rooms will be available on a first come, first serve basis. Please reserve your room by August 26th to receive the group rate. Book your group rate for SREE Room Block.
Student attendees should book their hotel reservation here. We have a limited number of rooms at a discounted rate of $229 per night for student members attending the conference. These rooms will be available on a first come, first serve basis. Please reserve your room by August 26th to receive the group rate. Book your group rate for SREE Student Room Block.

HOTEL CANCELLATION POLICY
You may cancel your reservation for no charge before 11:59 PM local hotel time (3) days before arrival. Please note that we will assess a fee of (1) night room and tax if you must cancel after this deadline. Check in time is 4pm, and check out is 12pm.
PRINTING ONSITE
The hotel has an onsite business center with available copy and printing services as well as post/parcel services.
RESTAURANTS
The hotel has an in-house restaurant, Apropoes, which is open 6:30am – 12pm and 4pm – 10pm. The Apropoes Coffee Shop is open 6:30am – 3pm. There is also a wide variety of restaurants within a 5-minute walk from the hotel.

The Baltimore Marriott Waterfront is located 12 miles from the Baltimore/Washington International Thurgood Marshall Airport. Airport shuttle service is available via the Baltimore Airport SuperShuttle 1-800-BLUE-VAN at a one way fee of $15. Reservations are required. There is public transportation available.
