2021 Paper Session & Symposia Presenter InstructionsPaper SessionEach paper session includes a session chair invited by the program committee to provide an overview and initiate discussion. While not a formal discussant, this individual may take the opportunity to comment on papers before opening the floor to questions. You will present your paper in the order noted on the conference program. Please forward a copy of your conference presentation materials (e.g. paper, additional analysis since abstract posting, slide deck...) to the paper session chair as soon as possible if you have not already done so. Your paper session chair is listed on the conference program: Your submitted abstract will be posted on the conference program, unless you opted out during the submissions process. If you would like to change your abstract file or opt-out preference, please send a PDF in reply to this message. You will log in to the session via the online program. There will be a link under the session “room” that you can click on to access the session. Please plan to log in 5-10 minutes before the session start time. Please note, you will not be able to access your session if you are not registered for the conference. There will be a SREE room monitor and AV staff person attending each session and available to assist you in the online environment as needed.
