Coffee Breaks & Food 

Receptions, lunches, and coffee breaks can be found listed under Special Sessions.

Coffee and tea will be available at breaks throughout the conference. Coffee breaks with food are listed on the conference program.

Receptions occur throughout the conference and are included in the conference program. Attendees have the option of indicating which receptions they plan to attend upon registration. The cost for these receptions is included in the registration fee.* 

*Federal government employees must pay separately for meals provided at receptions.

Program 

Please use the detailed online interactive program to plan your time at the conference. You can search by speaker, time, or sections, read abstracts, and see exhibitors. You can also save sessions you are interested in to build your own itinerary.

Time Zone 
The program is planned based on Eastern Daylight Savings Time (EDT), the time zone of our meeting location.

Networking, Affinity Group, and Meet-Up Sessions 
These sessions, such as the New Member/First-time Attendee reception, Women in Quants meeting, Researchers of Color organizational meeting, Graduate Student lunch, Collaborating with SREE Strangers session, and the Open Science session and reception will provide an opportunity to talk more informally and meet other attendees. We encourage you to take part in these sessions to help you make connections and get the most out of the conference.

Invited Sessions
Sessions pre-fixed with "Invited" are open to all conference attendees. The "Invited" designation indicates sessions that were invited by members of the program committee. We encourage you to attend these sessions.

Registration
Registration for the conference will remain open throughout the duration of the conference. Register by August 25th to receive the early-bird rate. Federal, state, and local (including school district) government  employees should email [email protected] from their work email for a discount code.

Workshops
Wednesday Pre-conference Workshops: If you have already registered for the conference and would like to add a workshop to your registration, send an email to [email protected].

Printing Onsite
The computers in the hotel lobby area are the "business center" indicated on the hotel website. Printing is limited to a single page for each print job. The paper can be retrieved at the check-in desk.

The nearest FedEx offers a full service printing center and is within walking distance from the hotel. It is also accessible via hotel shuttle; take the shuttle to the "23rd St restaurant stops" and walk a shorter distance to the FedEx:
